Visiting Andy in Australia

It's pretty cold in southern Australia right now, but I didn't come here for a vacation. I'm here because I found this in my mailbox:

Andy and I have spent the last few days trying to figure it out. We've come to very different conclusions as to what it means, but in the end it's Andy's decision, and he's decided to go forward with it.
